We collect email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders that were placed. We will not call you unless we have a question regarding your order or shipping information. Thank you!
We accept all payments via PayPal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to make credit card payments through their system.
Sales tax is charged on applicable orders shipped only within the state of New Jersey. If your shipment is going outside the state of New Jersey, there is no sales tax. The current rate for sales tax in NJ is 7%.
We hope you will be happy with your purchases, but if for some reason you’re not, we will gladly exchange it for another item or merchandise credit if returned to us within 14 days, unworn and unwashed and with the tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Worn or washed garments or items that are damaged through misuse on the part of the customer cannot be returned. Such items will be returned to the customer.
Cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Credit will only be given for the cost of the merchandise, and does not include original shipping costs. If an incorrect size or item(s) has been sent to the customer in our error, we will gladly accept responsibility for all return shipping costs back to our warehouse and back again to the customer. Please contact customer service to arrange for pickup of such items.
We recommend sending your package certified mail, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Prior to shipping merchandise back to our warehouse, please contact us for a return authorization number. Any package mailed to us without this number, will be refused.
We are a non-smoking entity and all garments are stored in and shipped from a non-smoking environment. Due to this we regret that we cannot accept any returns that have been subjected to smoke of any kind, including tobacco and woodfire smoke. All returns sent to us of this nature will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer, at the customer's own expense. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
